Eating healthy food
Why is it important to eat healthy food? The meaning of eating healthy is eating from all the food groups.There are (6) six food group you have fats and oil,food from animals,fruits,legumes,staple and vegetables, those are the six food groups.
Eating healthy food can get your weight loss,improve memory,able to learn better,not getting weak and lazy when it comes on to do things.Healthy eating helps you when you are in physical activities at school even if you are not into sports you can still eat healthy and do some activities that you know you love to do indoor or outdoor.
Without eating healthy you can have low selfesteam,Marasmus,kwashiorkor,Perllargra,Rickets ,Scurvy.That's what happens when you don't eat healthy.So from now on I hope you eat healthy.
