Unforgettable Love pt. 5
Obviously, Maanvi was nervous. LIKE REALLY NERVOUS. She was dressed as a perfect engineering professor with white shirt and blue jeans. with sneakers for her first day at Delhi Technological University (DTU) to teach 2nd year engineering students. As she was ready, Naitik can't keep his eyes off from her. She was looking beautiful. And stunning too. He had never seen her in shirt. Just because of his mom. She want a married woman in sari only. Naitik watched Maanvi got
ready, spread perfume & done her
fabulous long hair. Maanvi was tall & sharp. Her complexion was creamy and her lips were soft as babies. Naitik
admired those lips very much. Not
because they are way too good. Just
because they are still unkissed. And he's the one who should have those
moments. He's the one who have every right on those lips, charming face,
stunning legs, smooth back and gorgeous breasts.
Maanvi —Naitik!
Naitik— Huh? Yes?
Maanvi — Don't stare at me! It makes me uncomfortable.
Naitik— I'm not, Maanvi. How can you think that? I was just thinking to gift you coloured shirts.
Maanvi — Whatever, Naitik.

Oh! God! She noticed that, too. Anyways, Neither she loved him nor Naitik. And if Naitik tried such thing then Maanvi will go forever. And he need her. Her absence echoed him.
She was about to leave and Naitik wished her best of luck. Her mother in law was standing with a bowl of curd. Maanvi touched her feet and ate a spoonful of curd.
Mother in law— You will change
immediately after coming. These clothes disgust me.

She rolled her eyes.

Naitik —Yes, mom. She will.

She was about to leave when she got
interrupted again.

Mother in law — WAIT. TOUCH NAITIK'S FEET TOO.

Maanvi's expression was like 'What?
Seriously?'

Naitik —Mom-
Mother in law(interrupted) — It's better you keep quiet, Naitik. It's good to touch husband's feet. He is elder than you.
And then Maanvi bent and touched his feet.
Maanvi (hush tone) — Give me your blessing, Naitik.
Naitik — Oh, Maanvi. God bless you.
And then she left with Naitik as he came to drop her to college in his car. Naitik was driving and he kept looking at Maanvi & her outstanding charm. This was not new. Since marriage only, Naitik glanced at her, daydreamed about her, but scared to tell her. And he knows that she don't love him. Maybe Naitik also don't loves her. This is all what a man needs.
They've high testosterone level and they got turned on if they see any gorgeous creature around them. This is HUMAN NATURE. And you can't help it. Naitik was same. Seeing everyday Maanvi in her best, was a torturous thing to tolerate.
Maanvi — Naitik!
Naitik —Yes, Maanvi.
Maanvi — Don't stare at me. Why don't you understand?
Naitik —Maanvi, it's not what you're thinking! You are looking very beautiful.
Maanvi — Thanks.
Soon, they reached. They came out of the car.
Maanvi — I'm sorry!
Naitik— What happen, Maanvi? Why are you crying?
Maanvi —I'm sorry, Naitik. I know I hurt you by telling to not stare at me. I forget that you're my husband and you've every right on me. I'm really sorry.
Naitik —No, Maanvi. It's not the thing. I'm sorry. I know you don't love me. And it's totally okay.
She nodded.
Naitik— Now! Cheer up!
Maanvi— Yeah!
Naitik — Come on, smile?

And then she smiled. Her happiness rosed and she hugged him. A tight one.
Maanvi — YOU'RE THE BEST. MORE THAN ANYTHING. BYE.
Naitik — Bye.

She left leaving Naitik in his widest smile ever.
Naitik got lost on the thought—WAS IT MY FIRST HUG IN FOUR YEARS??
