Health and losing weight
A lot of people struggle with there weight mainly because of stress and anxiety. It's hard to deal with emotions but help is available. I am a stress and anxiety patient which I am open to talk about. I've had this for years due to many situations in my life. I have previously tried to ask for help but I didn't get the answer I was looking for only a website.
I have always been on the cubby side and am desperate to lose all my weight. I once got to a weight I was never before and felt great. I'm trying hard to get there again.
ways to lose weight
fasting for 3 days helps lose 3kg in 3 days aswell as detox your body, but can become ill so I wouldn't recommend for health reasons.
A GMdiet helps you lose 10- 15lb in a week
Salad diet helps you lose 5- 10lb in a week
keto diet can help lose 6lb in a week
military diet 10lb in a week.
personally it's not what you eat it's how you eat. smaller the portion the more weight you lose. over the years I knew my grandmother her diet was strict and she ate healthy but also weighed all her meals out and she stayed slim and didn't put weight on. I followed in her foot steps and listened to her advice and that's how I got to the weight I did. during my treatment in hospital then lock down I lost my way and started binge eating and I haven't been able to stop yet. I'm going to try and log not only my portions but also the food I eat and hopefully see a change once a week on my scales.
