Irrational Fear
It's funny how you expect others to understand your mental health thinking that they will see with the same eyes that you look through or feel the same way that you feel. It's just not that easy. People hear anxiety and think that it's when you're anxious about something or you're stressing or worrying about something. They often overlook the real definition and the reality of a person with anxiety or depression I guess if we could fix it we would, but we like it so damn much that we remain the same.
