Episode Fourteen: "what went down".

Jamil felt stabbed in the back. How could Jasmine never told him she knew who Chioma was? or is she getting back at him by getting him engaged to her?

Jasmine is the girl that would keep things to herself, that's how she was raised, never to make fuss of anything, be brave, and act proper. She couldn't make a scene when she knew Jamil wasn't faithful to her. she kept her silence, but when she couldn't hold on anymore, she broke up with him with the excuse of him being to handsome.

Jamil angrily took his leave, on his way he met Chioma and Tade, both were also invited to the lunch to meet the new additional to the family.

Their eyes met, both stared for a minute, until Tade broke the silence.

" You must be the one my sister brought home?, nice to meet you, I'm Tade!".

"I'm Jamil!".

Chioma became uncomfortable, she hurried inside, she couldn't hide her feelings so she ran to the bathroom. Chioma relationship with Jasmine didn't start by getting married to the family. They had met while in school.
Jasmine came for her when she heard Chioma was after Jamil. They had an argument that broke in to a big fight.
The girls waged war at each other at the absence of Jamil. Tade still unaware of the situation, introduced Chioma to the family, accepted by their parents. But he wasn't aware that Chioma and his sister had had a thing in the past. Jasmine couldn't tell his brother the kind of girl Chioma was in the past, because she didn't want to embarrassed herself. Jasmine is the kind of a girl with high self esteem.


" Do you like him that much?".

Tade questioned his mother who has been beaming with smile all day.

"Yes. His mother and I were best friend in high school. I can't believe we would be in-laws?".

Chioma overhead their conversation, she felt sad of the while thing. How can Jasmine be accepted by Jamil's mom when she didn't accept her back then?.

"Jasmine you never change! you still want to get back at me. Did he even love you?".

Chioma said mocking Jasmine's feelings.

" Excuse me?".

"I mean, the way I see it he hasn't gotten over me yet?".

Jasmine couldn't wait for her to finish her sentence as she bounced on her, kicking her. The got into a fight, as the rest of the family tried separating them.

" What's wrong you?".
