As per Indian myth, there were two giants named shumha and Nisumbha were very powerful. They could rule the world. They were powerful by being faithful to shiva. The god asked shiva to help him to destroy the giants from taking over the world but he would not help the god then asked Parvati to help them to stop the giants and she agreed, Parvati climbed to the top of Himalayan mountains. When she reached to peak, she changed herself in Durga. Durga is a beautiful woman who rode a lion. The loyal armies of shumha and Nisumbha attacked Durga but failed. Because Durga was powerful, So she destroyed them immediately.. shumha and Nisumbha, sent their most powerful generals Raktavji with an army of powerful giants. Durga grew until she was emormous. In her hands, she held many magical weapons which used to destroy them. soon only Raktavji was left fighting. Durga Called Kali. A great black goddess emerged from Durga's body. As Durga fought Raktavji, Kali caught the blood be shed in mouth, stopping blood From becoming more soldiers. Soon, shumha and Nisomba and Raktavji were dead. The gods and goddesses clapped and cheered loudly. This praise made Kali even more excited and began to dance wildly. The god and goddesses began to call out warnings to kali but she ignored. shiva realised that he must stop kali before She destroyed the earth. Shiva lay down amongst the dead demons.
