Broken Doll 2
Her eyelids peeled back slowly in the dark
Revealing enchanting grey eyes that hid tales.
Gradually they became darker
And narrowed in a way that rid the innocence in her stare.
Her gaze became deep, cunning, dangerous!
The heart shaped lips, which always had a bashful smile, hooked up in a seductive smirk carrying threats.
No longer was she the doll who yearned to be saved.
The emotions deemed useless by her, she imprisoned and exiled into the deep abyss that was her heart.
The broken doll had picked her pieces and fixed herself up, all alone.
She was surrounded by darkness.
A darkness which she found calming, comforting even.
There were scars, cracks, and dents on her body
But the shadows covered it all
“There is no light here but as long as I swim, I'll see the light”
And swim she did.
Even when she felt weary,
Even when her strength was depleted,
Even when… her new-found comfort tried to sink her,
She continued swimming.
Alas, the dark threads were reluctant of their hold on her.
She couldn't get rid of them, so she carried the threads along.
The black, snake-like strings seeped into her skin, and gave her a new-found vigour
She peddled harder, using all her strength until she saw the faintest light up ahead
“I did it.” She said, floating atop the ocean.
“I did it.” She repeated. This time, however, her tone was different.
It was deeper, mature, and ended with a sinister chuckle.

This story wasn't meant to have a second part but, here we are~ And with the look of things, there might be a part3.
