Don't ignore or betray for laziness
when inner force pushes you passionatly
The more you work the stronger the concentration will become
work from heart not from eyes and heart
It feels like weight is placed in the natural flow which stops your growth and that energy stats working against because of your choice of mind.
So even you ate at rest keep moving continue calling God's name.
but never stop or waste you energy in bad or foolish works.
Energy is for creation and it creates something so don't create your own barriers or cage.
You can do everything,if you are not sleeping invest your energy in any one good thing or deed.
