LAST TRAIN 🚉
#LastTrain
Last night, an unwelcoming air, I felt,
My last train, that almost made me melt,
An atmosphere, with a weird fragrance, of a maiden,
Perfumes, once used in the days of the olden.
The languages, the tongues,
So different, and old, I thought,
A famous song, now played,
So old, and boring it became,
This indeed, left me bemused,
But a second look, I never took.
Tip tap, Tip tap,
A young maiden walks towards me, holding what looked like sap,
"Can I pour you a glass" she asked,
"No thanks, I'm fine" I replied.
What is this trickery,
Is it already April,
Why do they all look like ancients,
Those read in books and booklets.
Oh God, let this train stop,
This I prayed, silently,
And also hoping and praying
That they don't notice,that I'm dressed differently,
Whether a prank, or not,
This event, made me go nut.
Atlas, the train stopped,
Run, run, I did, without looking back,
Whether it was a dream of somewhat,
A train, I never border, till now.
