Sometimes all we need is some peace and our own space. But how to accomplish it? That remains a question. Our mind becomes disturbed over something bad that happened or going to happen to us or our treasured ones. And there goes the calmness.


It's here we should attain the power of acceptance. We should accept what has happened. Because whining over it for a long time doesn't pave the way out. Rather it demolishes you from inside.


The acceptance is that which happened was for the good. After that believe in God and his tests.
There is one hidden truth. When it comes to sudden traumas in life, we should find that our greatest strength is within us, that is we are our own God. And it is the greatest help we can ever have.


With the strength we gain and by balancing our minds, we can find a way out. When faith in God and more in ourselves gush out powerfully, the miseries start to fade. Yes, believe in you. Believe the person in you.
