What is the relationship between health and beauty?
Is the question that almost everybody asks or wonder about!

All the world's expensive skin care & cosmetic products can help you to acquire artificial or fake beauty as I call it but the natural glamorous beauty that is within you,needs you to take good care of yourself.

Do you want to be more attractive?
Then you have to realise that the answer lies mostly within you and what you choose to do each day ,in order to help you understand the relationship between health and beauty.

Here I would like to share with you different aspects of life that you probably know about , but you take them lightly and never wondered how they would seriously affect your appearance.

The aspect of exercising, it enhances and maintains your physical fitness.
Countless studies have shown that regular exercising helps to improve your mood ,increase energy and make you active.
This is so true,for I'm about to give you a personal testimony ,in 2016 December around the age of 3 months,my first born Hawa was diagnosed with lower limb weakness.
I had to take her for physiotherapy for almost 9 months, to me I looked at it as part of exercising ,and without realising that time flew so fast,Hawa was able to sit and walk on her own.
Anyway that has been more than enough to talk about myself,let's get back to the topic.

To most individuals making exercise as one of your daily routine habits and fit within your tight and busy schedule ,can be a difficult task to cope up with, but no need to worry, below is a simple technique I would love to share with you and hope will be of any help.

"GESA" IS THE NAME I CALL IT.

- G ,stands for game,take exercing as a game, the so called "exergames" like soccer, tennis, bowling and running,to make it better you use a smartphone app to keep track of your workouts, make them more fun and interesting.

-E , stands for enjoy,pair exercise with something you enjoy,here think about activities you love doing and how you can incorporate them into an exercise routine, like dancing to music as you do house holdchores.

-S ,stands for social, make exercising social with family or friends, this will be fun and keep you motivated.
As an individual you can decide to go on an early morning jogging with your wife or husband,a friend or even join a football club or a dancing class.

-A ,stands for attention,instead of distracting yourself when exercising try to be more attentive on how you feel within your body , the rhythm of your breath and the steps.
Indulge yourself in more activities that engage both your arms and legs like walking,running,swimming to mention but a few, these will not only improve your physical fitness faster but also the flow of blood
in your body and brain,helping to interrupt negative worries and thoughts running through your head easing stress and anxiety.

So if you are not the kind of a person who embraces a structured exercise program,then try to picture exercising as one of your hobbies and I promise you that, you will never regret it.
