Every thing has its own negative sides and positive sides.
Water is really important for us but this same water covers the streets and lanes during a flood, the same water kills hundreds when a cloud bursts. Doesn't water has its own negative sides and positive sides? Similarly, a person may have their negative sides as well as their positive sides. If we only focus only on their negative sides, how will we succeed? Rather than criticising, one could teach others to curb their negative sides. No one is perfect in this world.
