My dead lover

I am very serious in hospital. I need a heart immediately for surgery. My heart was totally damaged. I am not in conscious stage. I went to comma stage.
Within few minutes someone donated me a heart. Surgery was done well. I came back to my conscious state. After a week I discharged to my home. In my home Riya was sitting. Riya is non other my lover. I break up with her because she doesn't love me.
I am really shocked, without speaking a single word I went to my room. She gave me tablet's and adviced me to take care of my health. After advicing me, she went out from my house.
I am an orphan child. I don't have parents. I love Riya very much, but she didn't love me. She didn't even like to spend time with me in my past days. Even now she is not near me.
Daily she use to visit my home. She use to cook some delicious and healthy food for me. But l am really irritated. Day by day there is a lack of interest for me upon her. I am really angry, even l didn't break up. But she broke up with me.
3 weeks passed. One day l shouted very crucial at her and said " I don't need your care anymore. Just leave me alone. Please I beg you get lost else I will die". She cried and went from here.
1 week passed, she didn't visit my home. I felt guilty. Then I called her to apologise for shouting at her. I dialled her number and called. Her mother picked my call. I asked about Riya. I am very shocked by hearing her mother's words.
She said " Riya was dead. Before a month. She is the one who gave you the heart for surgery. She said to me that after l am dead, don't tell to him that I gave him my heart for surgery. Because he can't bare my dead".
Then l recognise that one who took care of me for one month is Riya's soul. Then I screamed and cried. I saw a paper under my desk. There was letter written by Riya before a week.
" Hi dear, don't worry. I will be always with you. I can't come again. Because you realised that I loved you. I couldn't spend time with you in the past days because my friend was very serious in hospital. So I helped her for money purpose.
But you break up with me with knowing the real. It's okay don't worry. I will always watch you from my heaven. Have a happy life. Bye dear, Good bye".
It's all my mistake. I get recognise her love. I cried a lot and I slept. In the morning I saw some food was made in my kitchen. There was a paper. In that " This is your morning breakfast. Have it. I will make food and take care of you utill you get married".
I smiled and replied in the paper " Until I get married you will take care of me. But I want you to take care of me forever until my life time. So I won't get married".
