Friend1: I am the headmistress of the primary school. I am a self-made woman who is not dependent on my husband's income.
Friend 2:yaa that's good. I am happy as a housewife.
Friend1:You must be a good cook I guess. Why don't you make your channel on recipes or some stitching and knitting ideas, you must have become perfect in them. See it is very important to have your own identity. You are more than just a wife of your husband and a mother of your kids.
Friend 2:But why cooking channels I am neither talented at cooking nor at stitching and painting.
Friend 1:Then how aimless your life has become. Live for yourself, do something creative, learn something, apply for some online courses. Stop being the maid of your own house. Stop being so dependent. Earn some respect.

I am a homemaker because I love my family and as far as identity is concerned I am a column writer for many magazines, they pay me a good amount and I take online coaching classes of maths but that is a part of me. I work from home. Just because I don't boast about it doesn't mean I don't have any identity.
Friend 1: Oh my god !-You are multitalented. Why didn't you tell me before.?
Friend 2:Because I love being called a homemaker and all of the time I am a homemaker. I give only 2 to 3 hours to my profession. That's my identity. As far as money is concerned, I don't need any my work is only about my passion and hobby. Earning money from it is a boon. I am proud of my identity being a Homemaker.
Friend1:Oh I am so sorry dear I feel happy for you, how perfectly you manage all.
Friend 2:Dont be, You only want the best for me. You are just motivating me and that's good. Being a housewife or earning woman is a choice. Stop judging. In now days earning is important for a woman for self-dependency, for exposure but not everyone has the privilege to be an earning woman. Respect every woman, either a housewife, an earning woman or both. Life is not easy either for housework or a working woman.
