I blinked once
twice,
again and again,
then wiped my face
I thought i was asleep
I thought it was a dream
Wanted to go back to sleep
I couldn't believe it
Until i blinked my eyes open
This time wildly
My heart skipped
Started beating,
again and again
I can see blood
Blood of innocent souls
Flowing like erosion
Spirits of the guiltless
Yes,
I can hear their voices in my head
Crying for justice
Pleading for our cause
For their remains on earth
I watched them killed
I couldn't do anything
I watched them shot at
To make me vindicated they stood their ground
Even at the point of death they stood their ground
Even at death they simply wanted peace
We only begged to not live with fear
And was responded with violence,inhumanity,death!
But we won't relent still
Until we win!
They look for faults in our actions for a better life
But we won't stop!
Until we win!
As long as we're being ruled unjustly
We won't be silent!
We will continue to ask for what is rightfully ours.
