Excusing Kate Chopin
The sound of those words echoed a different meaning for Dianne...
but it was true she now had no interest in anything anymore.

Her heart was now torn it's strange she didn't know she'd feel that way. He was sick for a while but no one could have prepared her for his death
his absence. No one can prepare anybody....
because death is so final one minute they're there and the next they're not.
