Marriage is a foundation and it depend on whether you choose to build it on the soil or on the rock, and you must know that the one built on the rock shall stand still no matter how heavy the storm come, thunders come or an earthquake, it can never be disrupted. Marriage is about forgiveness, because there is no such thing as perfect woman or perfect man, we are all bound to make mistakes but what matters is when you acknowledge it and apologize, that is how you create harmony. Marriage is about compromise, it is not about what s/he says goes every time, it is about "honey can you please meet me halfway on this?" then you compromise which you can. Marriage is about respect, how you talk to each other even when you are angry, addressing situations with manner not adopting what you have heard by somebody on media. After all that love comes naturally. It is easy to love somebody who acknowledges your presence even when you are not there.

Marriages are different which means don't go around picking up advices from people who doesn't even know the foundation you built your marriage on. Is it getting hot? pray about it. You seem to not understand? Tell God about him/her, He will not judge your partner. It is either you take the fire extinguisher and turn off the heat or not take it and watch the fire consume it. Don't let them fool you, marriage is a beautiful thing when you are doing it with the right person, a person who will steal kisses every chance he get, a person who never forget to hold your hand even in private, a person who plant kisses on each tear that escape your eyes, a person who loves you through all your flaws and turns them into perfection and least but not last, a person who will tell God about you even when you dozed off without praying.
