Pathway's Passage
Chapter 1: Snowing
There was a luminiously great amount of continious white that proceeded towards littering the ground, never drawing a halt, for the remaining hours of the day. Just in front was an orphanage where over one hundred children had lived. One day and it was on a Tuesday after going outside for the healthy fresh air three of them named James, Michael and Céline went upstairs to the house to find it filled with cobwebs and miniscule spiders on corners of the ceiling. One of them had a phobia of spiders while the others were nothing but brave against "the beasts". There was one child in the orphanage who thought spiders were misunderstood insects and that all insects should be accepted. But Céline's phobia was too strong in heightened levels of severe anxiety. When upstairs in this vast hallway that consisted of three doors, one to the left of both sides and one to the right of both sides, they saw one mysteriously open. And to their gulping fear, their upmost intensity and all of their nerve systems had broken down in pieces of shock as they were met with a face. Not another child from the orphanage. It was a boy who looked 8 or 9 and he said to the three children who were stood shaking "DON'T LOOK AT ME THAT WAY!" And then... the children were outside with everyone else. What had happened? How did they mysteriously get transported to the outside of the orphanage and more disturbingly who or what was that upstairs in the orphanage?
