Mental Health
Only taking care of physical health will not help. As per my knowledge, Mental health affects when you are not doing a productive things. There is Teacher's sister who is doctor in foreign. I got to know from her that If we start dreaming whole day and not doing any productive things, this can affect the mind. Take alot of stress is not solution to solve a problem or achieve any goal. Keeping your brain calm is important. Little Stress is good but this will keep the mind active. To avoid stress, Do yoga and exercises, Work on your hobby, Have a communication, Work on your skills,etc. There are many cases where students faces a stress . Motivate yourself. There are many precautions which need to take. Maintaining your mental Health is important. Every family should understand the child. There was a boy who was giving 12th std. He was facing a problems in studies. So she tried his best to share with parents or teachers etc. But parents took it lightly. They started shouting on him, comparing others etc. It made more depressed so he gave his life. If parents had understood his life , the boy would not give up. I know, this stories we have heard alot in movies but it is real life stories. After Creating awareness, People are not getting aware.
