Comparisons..A Route To Anxiety.
We must have self compassion and not compare ourselves to others.
The danger of comparing yourself to others, the big question about how people behave says..Warren Buffet, is whether they've got an inner score board or an outer score board. It helps you if you can be satisfied with an inner score board.
Comparing ourselves to others allows them to drive your behavior, you can be anything but you can't be everything, we're often comparing their best features against our average ones. It's like being right handed and trying to play an instrument with your left hand. Not only do we naturally want to be better than them, the unconscious realization that we are not,,becomes self - destructive. At worst, when we compare ourselves to others, we end up focusing our energy on bringing them down instead of raising ourselves up There's only one thing that you're better at, than other people: Being You. To me compare and contrast looks good only in subjective texts. In the behavioral text it's a calamity in the functioning of nervous system. I never felt the threat of comparisons, but by some reasons, I have lost self compassion, reason is being lost in anger, which mostly makes me blind, deaf....trying to get better off, else I don't shape any place, I have promised my dad, I will make best of better. Working hard to get it changed or transformed.
