Light-heartedness the first thing I like to do in the morning is sing to the Lord during my singing I begin to feel a strong presence of the Lord it helps me to get my mind and heart on God and ready for prayer and then when I start praying I'm in the presence of the Lord it's a lot easier to enter into his presence somewhere in my praying God blesses me spiritually this is called regarding the day unto the Lord and there scripture by obeying God's word I'm light-hearted most of the day when things come by my way and trouble me I can just push them away because I'm still in the presence of the Lord I gave the day to him it's only comes from a personal relationship with Jesus not reading his word and not praying no relationship no power Romans 14:6 He that regardeth the day, regardeth it unto the Lord; and he that regardeth not the day, to the Lord he doth not regard it. He that eateth, eateth to the Lord, for he giveth God thanks; and he that eateth not, to the Lord he eateth not, and giveth God thanks.
