Skyler the Bully
Christina's days at school were never easy, especially since Skyler
had made it his mission to torment her every chance he got.
Skyler was a bully, plain and simple, and he seemed to take great
pleasure in making Christina's life miserable.
It started small, with Skyler knocking Christina's books out of her
hands as she walked to her locker or shoving her in the hallway.
Christina tried to ignore him, not wanting to give him the
satisfaction of seeing her upset. But Skyler only grew bolder,
taunting her in the cafeteria and laughing as she struggled to hold
back tears.
One day, as Christina was walking home from school, Skyler and
his friends cornered her in the alley behind the library. "Well, well,
if it isn't little Chrissy," Skyler sneered, towering over her. "Where
do you think you're going?"
Christina's heart raced as she tried to think of a way to get out of
the situation. "Leave me alone, Skyler," she said, trying to sound
braver than she felt.
Skyler just laughed. "Or what? You're gonna cry to your mommy?"
He shoved Christina, causing her to stumble backwards. "Oh,
that's right, your mommy's in jail, isn't she?"
