Fear before exams
I remember the anxiety. That breathlessness before exam, that pain in stomach, that stress, that fear. I remember all of it. It was so intense that I nearly decided to runaway from my exam.

I remember how this feeling hunts, wherever you go. It gives u thoughts with all negativity, tells you that you are gonna screw up and something really bad is gonna happen, as a result you suffer, avoid anxiety provoking situation.

But you know what, after studying psychology for 5 years, I am not gonna let this negative thoughts control me. I am gonna say to this feeling, "I am capable of making best out of any situation, and I am gonna believe in myself not you, so create all anxiety you want within me, I am just gonna give my best and that too, because I want to".


I choose my peace over anything else, because that's important. I am visualizing myself as making best out of my experience. Share your experience of nervousness, fear and worry too. tell me how you deal with it.
