"I love you"

Priscilla glared at him. It took her few moments to register what he said and when she did, she spun around to face him. But one look at him and that smile tugging at her lips turned to a heavy sigh.

"What did you just say"? She asked.
Felix still smiling, repeated it and she sighed again, longer and heavier this time.
" You can't possibly mean that", she protested.
" But I do, Priscilla, with all that is in me", Felix assured.

Priscilla rubbed her forehead. "Okayy. Let's back up a minute; just hol' up. What are doing? Why are you doing this to us? We have such a wonderful relationship."

"Yes baby", Felix began, " and I'm willing to take this relationship to the next level. Darling I'm head over heels in love with you. I have truly fallen, deeply, in love with you."
