Story: Literacy illiteracy.

At that time in West Bengal there was Leftist govt. They propagated for study in Mother toung , even English was withdrawn from govt school from primary class . Purpose was to get more and more admisdion to remove illiteracy, Objective was - bringing equality in society, literacy can prevent people deprived. There was a repurcussion against this theory of removing English . Social think tank did so many analysis critism on this .
