My weight loss journey
Since a child I have always been over weight. my mother used to only cook chips and burgers 5 days a week I stayed with her and when I stayed with my grandparents my grandmother used to do homemade healthy foods but it wasn't enough because when I went back home it was burger and chips. I have always wanted to be healthy but felt alone. After all the names and bullies from other kids by my looks and body I took drastic measures, I began to starve myself but didn't last that long as I had fit's and every year I starved myself, every year I would have a fit. this all started at the age of 12 years old. I had regular tests and detected epilepsy and diagnosed at the age of 16. I didn't want to take medication as I just found out I was pregnent three months later lost the baby 😢 it destroyed me. all the tests and checks started up again and did still detect epilepsy was there but because I didn't have a fit in five years thought I grew out of it. Starvation happened again and fits came back at the age of 21 I started a new course of medication again and have been on it ever since. After my last fit I remember the last attack and decided to binge eat I forced food down me till I was almost sick. not long after I started bleeding a knew there was something wrong so I seek medical advice and had tests, I later was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. at the age of 25 years old and was there for a year and was on a roll with weight loss. I lost 50lb of my weight. I later before lockdown I went in to hospital as I lost a lot of blood and was in pain with my ulcerative colitis. during the week I started to eat unhealthy and for 3 years I binged and put loads of weight on. I have stopped loosing blood and don't take the medication for it. I am trying to not only me but my family to lose weight together and I know I can do it so I am going to share my daily diet and exercise with you all as a log of self help and how I feel everyday.
