I had been sent to the field many years ago by my employer. And i was in a certain office planning the work for the week. Soon it was lunch time and I stood up to go to another office and later go out to get something to eat. As I stood up, the man in whose office I was grabbed my butt! he shouldn't have, as I exclaimed in anger and shouted all sorts of insults at him to his face. The man started shivering and apologized to me profusely for his silliness. I wasn't hearing any of it, I ran out of his office crying and went out into the next office where I spilled it all and my mission was to report him there and then to his superiors. I was talked out of it by someone who said that this man had a family and if I report him he will lose his job and so on. what about me? I Asked. Long story short, I reported the matter to my boss then and her response was " Theo, by not reporting this as your instincts told you to, you have exposed other victims to this man's unbecoming behavior". And she was right. Do not let bad behavior go, stand up against it. When you believe in something, go for it even if you are the only one on that lane.
