The story of Sue

who died at seventy-two.

lived in a trailer with cracks where the cold wind blew through.

she was depressed, her three children a mess.
grandkids ungrateful and causing her stress.
hooked on pain medication, when she ran out , she didn't understand the frustration.
she would call in another order.
not understanding the cold sweats.
continuing her ways of a hoarder
living the rest of her days in a mess.

Fainting in her bed cold and part brain dead
being rushed in an ambulance
Her children still full of ignorance

Poor Sue slipped into a coma
Doctors suggesting , blaming corona.

granddaughter knew what Sue was going through.

she was not going to recover.
granddaughter had something to uncover.

Asking family to leave the room, giving Sue and granddaughter privacy.
She spills it all out to sue, ending with please forgive me.

Poor Sue died at seventy-two.
one month away from her own birthday.

born in '45 was never satisfied with being alive.
Finally resting in peace in the heavens above.
because down here she knew she was never treated with love.
