Magic less Rebellion (Chapter - 4)

Chapter 4 : Comrades
As the last of the magic users disappeared down the alleyway, Owen turned to face the group of magicless people. He could see the fear and distrust in their eyes, and he knew that he had to do something to earn their trust.
He took a step forward, his hands held out in front of him. "I won't hurt you," he said softly. "I'm on your side."
The group hesitated for a moment, and then one of them stepped forward. "How can we trust you?" he asked. "You don't have magic. You're just like us."
Owen knew that he had to prove himself. He took a deep breath and began to tell them his story. He told them about his upbringing in a magic family, his shock and despair when he realized that he had no magic of his own. He told them about the discrimination he had faced, and how he had trained himself to fight back.
The group listened, their expressions softening as they heard his story. And then, slowly but surely, they began to open up to him. They shared their own stories of discrimination and fear, of the constant struggle to survive in a world where magic was everything.
As they talked, Owen could feel a sense of camaraderie growing between them. He knew that he had found his people, the ones who would fight alongside him to break the cycle of discrimination and hatred.
And then, as they were getting ready to leave the alleyway, one of the group members stumbled and fell, her ankle twisted. Owen was quick to help her, wrapping his arms around her and lifting her up.
For a moment, she looked up at him with wide eyes, and then she smiled. "Thank you," she said softly.
It was a small gesture, but it meant everything to Owen. He knew that he had earned their trust, that they saw him as more than just a magicless outsider.
As they made their way back to their homes, Owen felt a sense of hope growing in his heart. He knew that they had a long road ahead of them, but he was ready to fight for a world where magicless and magic users could coexist peacefully.
Little did he know, his path would soon cross with that of a young woman who would change everything.
