NEPOTISM AS WHOLE AND JUSTICE TO IT!
Nepotism, nepotism, nepotism the every now and then chapter which is getting every attention through all kind of aspects. Though it has started from years back even though there no such media, scrutiny or the nosy people. 'King's son will be the tomorrow's King' was the scenerio and this thought was a compliance, people of that time were made believe that this is the system and the system can't be changed. But now the concept of it is different. It has not escaped but it is there in between us in disguise. It has taken it's place with the name of 'NEPOTISM'. Everyone knows that it is in practice, but they ignore thinking that who wants to speak on it? No one.It just got one incident to make people speak on it which we all know.
Giving chance to a mediocre is what nepotism sometimes (
Talking more on it and also croniysm (same as nepotism with a bit difference) there are so many varieties of it available in the country. Maybe it in education, career of any field, politics or social, it has strongly made it roots deep inside.
About politic nepotism we all clearly know that who will be the next in the politician list very well. It has three ways, the one way is of nepotism the other corruption and the next one is of the genius minded people who thinks tying the shoes of the biggies in politics would raise there status in the society. The whole mess is created by this in that we the common ones, the person who is well educated and may have better leadership qualities or any other required in the politics would grudge themselves by saying, "Why would I be the one in this mess of corrupted minds, a rancor environment, where everyone does not miss any efforts to pull one's leg behind, where no qualifications nor a better experienced ones can be seen and most importantly how do I manage to survive in this but before that how would I enter in this crowd!
Speaking about education field yes, every biggie's son or daughter or any other associates of it is at the higher priority than the next ones. This is there but there is something more than this. Reservation. India got independence since a long time ago, we the citizens of india have justice, liberty, equality but in what sense. This nouns have exceptions in it. The reservations are given to the reserved ones even without considering their economical status. There are people of reserved categories who earn so much. The people with no skills at all but with huge privilages take advantages of it, then we all can imagine in what hands is the future of country is! Also there are pupils whose financial status is not so good and nor they are reserved ones. We all know the history part what was the discrimination but now this discrimination is still there but in a opposite way! There is no such end to this inequality if this is the scenerio, no end to discrimination though.
Just because the film industry Nepotism is in front of our eyes we can't ignore the other aspects also. If someone wants justice against Nepotism make it a complete win or else just let it be!
Now what do justice against Nepotism mean? It doesn't means that every biggies kid must be kept away from the very fortunate opportunities that he/she is availed of because of their elder's deeds.No nothing like that, even in our society if someone's father is making money by owning a jewellery shop instead of giving employment opportunities to a outsider, he will appoint his son of 25 years old to join the business, and why not? The main is criteria which we need to understand for having the justice by thinking that, is the person capable as his elderly? Do they have same or the correct prospective in their form towards a particular job? Do they have a proper qualification towards it? Only Hardwork needs to pay off, right! But in Nepotism hardwork is paid off and also by not doing anything great it gets paid off! Then what is the difference between hardwork over doing nothing, nothing!
This is the true win over nepotism when people truly understand ones talent, skills, knowledge, hardwork, qualifications and then alloting them there DESERVED PLACE! If this is not happening then yes ofcourse 'RICH GET RICHER, POOR GET POORER' even the poor is genius and rich is dumb!
