Muniba Mazari Baloch was born on 3rd March 1987.She was 18 years old when she got married cause her father told her. About after two years of marriage,she met a car accident. Her husband fell asleep while driving and the car fell into a ditch. Her husband somehow managed to save himself but Muniba stayed inside a car with alot of injuries.
The wrist was fractured, shoulder bone and collar bone was also fractured.The rib cage got fractured due to which the lungs and the liver were badly injured and she got paralyzed for the rest of her life..
She was admitted to the hospital for two and a half months, underwent multiple surgeries. She wanted to be and Artist but one day the doctor came and told her that now she can't draw because her wrist and her arm were deformed ,she won't be able to walk again,she won't be able to give birth..😔
She started questioning her existence. She asked her Mother ,"Why me"? and her mother told her ,"This too shall pass". Words are most powerful tools and we don't understand until we see. Even though she had a deformed hand , she asked her brother to bring colours to paint.
Later she got discharged and went home but because alot of infections and allergies doctor kept her restricted to bed for 2 years, confined in that one room.
We have been locked in our home for nearly a year due to this pandemic but still we had some freedom to move , just imagine her situation no movement for two years.
But then she decided to overcome her fears.One of her biggest fear was divorce Her husband doesn't wanted her anymore and she feared losing him. But she decided to overcome this fear.The day her husband got married to someone else,she sent him text wishing him a happy married life.
Now the moment you start over coming your fears is the moment your life starts taking turns.She couldn't be a mother again so she adopted children.
She joined Pakistan "National Tv
as an anchor.She became National Goodwill for UN women , Pakistan".
And now she speaks for the right of women ,children.She is also known as "iron lady of Pakistan"♥️and also one of the most loved person in Pakistan and around the world.
" I don't know how my story will end , but nowhere in my text will you ever read ,"I gave up".
