very often do we see good meals nowadays and it's either neglected or widely strange due to what we see or what we prefer presently. The worst of all is that home meals are hardly prepared except for trads or few celebrated events, I mean very few of them. plants, fruits and other green refreshing and rejuvenating leaves are now neglected for chemicals, junks either in form of medicine or food.
it takes discipline to abstain from junks, microwaved meals from McDonald's and spar. if not for disciplines sake then for the sake of ur tomorrow's health, it should be stopped or reduced to a low level. foods show be taken for medication and not medication taken as food. Always eat the right thing in it's appropriate quantity and quality and that at the right time.
