A Weekend Getaway to Fitness..😃😍💪🏻
Hey everyone, it's an amazing weekend, a Saturday and almost every weekend we all plan outings, camps, friends day out, clubbing evenings, some people plan pilgrimage outings, for example; here in Maharashtra people plan to go Nashik, Shirdi for Sai Baba's darshan and also go for the first Kakad Aarti which is performed every day without fail at 4 am, yes you read it right! True devotion and love calls from within when devotees gather from all over the globe there🥰❣️❤️ even foreigners come there! But today's topic is calling out for a different way to spend the weekend, isn't it? Yes you read it right, it's our very own important part of life which is: Fitness and Workouts 😍💪🏻! I too had a very happy life even before discovering that fitness plays a very vital role in our daily lives, but post discovery, it got nothing but happier and now it's the happiest present of my life! How I love walking, running, dancing, aerobics and core workout, weight training! And do you know, these things provide you with equal or even more amounts of positive happy hormones like dopamine and serotonin.

It is surprising is that even after lockdown and getting trapped inside houses, only few people have adopted fitness as a part of their daily regime! There are so many people who have increasing obesity, stress diabetes, high cortisol levels and much more due to less socialising and not going for simple things like even walking around the house! There are end number of problems, but worry not, here are some solutions from my side:
1. There are many walk at home workouts 🤩 on YouTube which one can do right from the comfort of their home and get a good movement and sweat, which as a result will start burning the extra calories and fat as well as keep your mood fresh and light throughout the day!
2. Even if your house has some extra space then voila! You can also enjoy Zumba workouts from Dance with Deepti, an Indian fitness expert from Germany, who also has her happy workout channel on YouTube, wherein she makes you groove to the Bollywood numbers and songs as well as brings a huge smile to your face, which in turn destroys all your stress away😍🥰 she also has walking workouts which you can do and enjoy!
3. Lastly if you have a nature friendly and huge or small, community garden nearby then do go for a walk, run or jog in the midst of nature and enjoy the greenery, you'll surely thank yourself even though you walk as little as 5-6k steps each day and gradually increase the count weekly or monthly as per your energy levels!☺️
4. No matter what just don't forget to move.. always remember a constantly seated and sedentary Lifestyle will cause you a lot of stress but movement will never disappoint you, even though you start gradually! In this way, your heart rate will go up, the cardiovascular health will improve and you have a chance to live a longer healthier life!💪🏻🥰
5. Lastly, start slow start small but start from somewhere! And most importantly, keep going, just do not stop! Keep the movement and you'll surely see the results and in no time it will become a very good lifestyle! I know at times for us ladies and especially young girls, when we're bleeding during our menstrual cycles, it is difficult to move due to extreme cramps or heavy bleeding if you have as per your body! Just trust your instincts and give your body a rest if it demands for the same.. and re-start with light walks and movements then go for your normal workouts!

This is the best time to enhance your health, in fact starting anytime is the best! I advice people to start from weekends itself instead of saying the same old thing, "Will start from Monday" Lol! Consume more foods, veggies, pulses, dairy and good stuff which makes you feel full and healthy and not bloated! Avoid excessive sugars, processed and canned foods and if you have a habit of consuming the same, consider eating them once or twice a week, cut it down gradually don't give yourself a shock just to get in shape on a timeframe or something!

Take it slow but take it seriously, keep in mind that if you love yourself, your body then consider it as a temple and keep your mind, heart and body healthy! Anytime is the right time to start taking care of yourself 💖💖
