The story of cheese start from the 8000 BC before writings , tools , wars the cheese is made because a person forgot the milk outside and then find that the milk have become solid and then find that it is soft and the milk was rich with vitamins and minerals but have a high quality of lactose but the chees have all the things like milk but the important part is that the cheese have low quality of lactose so it become the major source of food and then sended to the other country and then different people started making new type of cheese and started making record of all type of cheese and it become the permanent food of Roman soldiers.
