Smoke from burnt old car tyres covered the whole area . A few of the kids played in town, rolling tyres ,some running down the street and majority into hiding with a few bruised and a limited number dead,
Near the Al fatiha mosque ,10 km from the hospital was the bombing that lasted for almost 4 minutes,
No one really knows what happened before or what, anyway this was in the war torn Syria in the fallen city of Mosul.

"got to take them , this is for you , do it for you , do it for Allah, these are pagans , they don't know , Takbir,Takbir, Takbir,.........". the terrorist lease commanded, and the folks replied,
" Allah Akbar ,Allah Akbar ,........shouted the folks.

" Mohammed , you have to die with them , this is a holy war , " jihad" kill those Americans they are pagans ,"have you heard as he Angrily shouted.
" and you kids ," Qasem (the terrorist leader), he said as he moved towards the new recruits.
"if any of you dares to go back , they will be killed, tomorrow you will start your training"

All this was taking place in the seized and abandoned camp of the Syrian government army , just 30 miles north of Al fatiha hospital, arrangements of a suicide bombing and terrorist attack on the small town of
Mosul.

" Mohammed, you heading to the north in the American can ,die with those pagans and your blood will be found in the gates of janah,have you heard," he Angrily spoke pointing a gun at him , concluding by
"die or dare but kill the American , Syria belongs to the Islamic state ,this is our land , this is our land ,Takbir , Takbir, Takbir,"he shouted

"Allah Akbar , Allah Akbar,"the folks concluded
