He must increase and I must decrease. -John 3:30

Why we are so easily stressed is because we focus on ourselves, our problems, our situations. We worry on things that, honestly, we have no control over.
But we can do something about it.
The most effective way is to pray.

Praying is not a game. It is a serious thing. It can move our situations, it can change our inner selves.
Spending time in the intimacy of Jesus will take the load off your shoulders. The presence of Jesus is heaven itself. Heaven without Him is not heaven.

"Come to me all you heavy laden and I will give you rest because my yoke is easy, my burden is light."

Where else can we go to? Who else will we depend on? It is time to surrender our entire selves -- the good and the bad, to Him. Give your entirety to Him and He will not let you down. He will not disappoint.

Therefore, fix your eyes on God. He must increase and you must decrease.
