The Sunset is beautiful isn't it?
A little girl was crying loudly in the park. Few kids were only left in the park since the sun was already setting.
"Why are you crying?"
The little girl looked up to the person who was in front of her while shedding her tears.
It was a good-looking boy, looking at her curiously. He was obviously taller and older than her.
"C-andy." She was stammering while saying those words. Her tears were still falling from her cheeks.
"Wait here." He handed a handkerchief first from his small backpack and ran away from her.
As the little girl wiped her tears, her eyes immediately twinkle looking at the lollipop candy the boy handed to her.
"Thank you!" Out of excitement, she hugged the boy happily.
"You don't have to cry now. I don't like people seeing them cry." He gently tapped her head.
The girl nodded at him and opened the candy that was given to her.
After that incident, they consequently meet at the park. They play, eat, and even read storybooks together.
The young warm heart and innocent memories and bond they shared had been gently engraved already, that no matter how many years may pass it'll stay, and never be forgotten.
Cold winds brushed into my skin. I'm currently sitting on the swing reminiscing my memories with my childhood best friend.
I wonder how he has been doing. Ten years have passed, does he still remember me? Maybe not. He must have met a lot of people and created many memories with them leaving our memories behind.
