After I told him everything something clicked in my head, " she said a slow... painful death" I quoted Emma's words, leaving a bitter taste in my mouth, " what did she mean?"
"If Yato is named king Amy will not be cured"
"What?", I felt as if I was about to cry.
"The king's crown choose you and the cure will not respond to another king. If Amy marry's Yato she will die... in a year."
" Did she know?" I was scared... of losing Amy, my best friend... my love.
"Yes... she thought you loved Emma and saw how angry you got when I mentioned you'll getting married, so... she felt it would be better to leave without saying goodbye." She was willing to die so I could be happy. Wait a minute. 'MY LOVE' am I in love with Amy. How could I be so stupid... of course I love her... it was always her.
He continued," she wanted you to be happy, so Amy couldn't tell you that she would die, if it was not you she married. She thought you would be happy with Emma and you forget about her in the run." How could I ever forget her.
"You can still go to her!" uncle looked me straight in the eyes.
"Yes!!"
We got the tickets to Japan and I got packed.
I stand at the airport at 10-00am ready to board. This flight is going to take 18 hours.
I landed in Japan at 4-00am and called Amy's older aunt – she is the only one that knows I am here– she picked me up and drives me to the castle.

****Amy****
My wedding is at 2-00pm and as much as I want someone to come and stop this wedding, I know not to count on it.
I go into the ballroom at 8-30am and to my surprise, I see the last person I would have ever expected.
Shubaru, he was standing in the middle of the ballroom with my aunt and Yato.
Yato tapped his shoulder making him turn around to look at me.
He runs to me, pressing his lips to mine... DID HE JUST KISS ME... I saw stars, then I realized that Yato was standing in the room.
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING?" I yelled, pushing him away. Looking over to a confused Yato, I run to his side trying to convince him the kiss meant nothing, ( I hate lying) but it didn't... mean nothing, I don't want to be a cheater.
"STOP!" he saying, " You love him... be with him." he completes sweetly, " Amy you deserve happiness too" I feel tears rolling down my face as he walks away.
When I turned around Shubaru's an one knee, pulling out something from his pocket.
"Will you marry me?" Shuba says holding up his grandfather's ring. I guess his father handed it to him.
"Yes!" I nodded then hugged him.

We had a traditional Japanese wedding and it was perfect... almost to perfect.
Shubaru gave me the cure when the eclipse darkened the sky and the crowns were placed on our heads, making us the king and queen of Yamato, the curse was gone– I felt it painfully release from my body– from my bloodline, I could finally live happily.
We all went to the ballroom to have dinner and the first dance. I had no father so my brother stood in his place, handing me over to Shubaru. As I danced with Shuba the song, I DONT CARE play.

Almost to perfect

I woke up in my bedroom... in the castle, it was all a dream, tears start rolling down my face. I still have to live without Shuba, I still have to marry a man I don't love, Shuba doesn't love me, either. I am still going to die.
Amy didn't know someone was waiting for her down stairs... in the ballroom.
