I've always been an overthinker. It's a trait that has been a part of me for as long as I can remember. I would analyze every situation, every conversation, and every decision to the point of exhaustion. My mind would be a whirlwind of thoughts, constantly racing and trying to connect the dots. At times, it felt like I was trying to solve a puzzle that had no solution.
As I navigated through relationships, overthinking became an even more prominent part of my life. I would dissect every word, every action, and every gesture, trying to understand the other person's intentions and feelings.
