Everyone is endowed with some GRACE or ability for service to humanity in various capacities. GRACE or ability to serve in given situations comes from two New Testament Greek words: Charis or Doron(gift).
Everyone has different abilities waiting to be used rightly. A big mistake some people make is that they neglect their innate abilities and foolishly covet other people's abilities. This tendency sometimes grind their performance to a halt, to such an extent that they become ineffective and lose their jobs in the end.
How can this situation, when one neglects his or her inborn abilities be solved? In the first place, heads or directors of social institutions, educational establishments, religious institutions, and the home must imbue in their members the zeal to enable them to make use of their gifts in humble service
Everyone should appreciate their unique nature and abilities that are meant for positive service to mankind.
