Have you ever noticed that when you go to do anything, even if you have prepared all day to do something you will be missing one object? Example a you go to a store to get ingredients but you loose or forget something on the list. Even if its a Job you could have everything in front of you but forget a tiny item such as safety glasses. It is usually always one small object, but the object will send you off course to have to get something else or to get that exact object to complete the given task.
In almost all scenarios it is one object, to break the Paradox of one a person must fulfill it for another to not be in the Paradox, example before they do a task immediately if they drop an object before the task pick it up and hand it to them.
