No civilization in the world can survive without justice. It is a prerequisite for the development of humanity. No system can work without the dispensation of justice. When it comes to subcontinent disparity, exploitation of resources, violation of basic human rights, religious discrimination, nepotism and favoritism. Prevalence of bad cultural practices, sectarianism and ethno linguistic differences are degrading and aggravating the situation of justice in the country. Poor governance and violation of minority rights are also a source of injustice. Lack of transparency and accountability has eroded the judiciary. In short, injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.
