Like to live in the shadows.
This building wasn’t for the homeless.
The people in this building addicted to drugs no empathy.
The building was well known.
For being the place that you don’t want go to.
It’s reputation was known for the building you never leave.
But there’s nothing she could do.
It was such a cold day.
She had nowhere to go.
She had a son that was four and a little girl that was two.
She was legally married to a decorated veteran.
She met in the Philippines.
She was so very beautiful 16 years of age.
Amazed by her beauty, he wanted her to be his right away.
He was so very kind to care of her and her family.
Which Was just pocket change to him.
But her family who quickly but his act.
With a second thought they were engaged, and that was that.
He will travel back-and-forth stayed in contact with her every day on WhatsApp.
She really was in love with him the perfect gentleman.
After a year of traveling back-and-forth finally she got her visa.
He quickly had a move away to a pretty house.
Everything she could ever dream.
He was twice her senior, but to her he was a king.
Her beauty is so amazing.

His insecurities grew instantly, he just changed.

So they begin to say hey, maybe we can go to your house.
Which he would also have an excuse for.
One of his friends wives has gotten very concerned for the young lady.
She decided to pop up and see how the lady was doing.
She found it very strange that no one answered.
So she went around the house and look through the windows.
Everything was a mess seems really strange.
She started to knock on the windows.
She heard the young lady and the children.
The young lady who could barely speak English.
starts to cry and scream help.
suddenly, she hears the car has been approaching.
He gets out wandering?
Who’s car was this in his driveway.
He sees his friends wife.
So he asked what are you doing here?
She simply said I came over to invite your wife to the wife’s benefit fund.
She said, I’m sorry I know no one answered, so I figured she was in the back with the children.
He said oh, she’s not here she went out.
Her mom came to visit her from the Philippines.
She won’t be here for a week.
She was like oh that’s too bad.
We were looking forward to meeting her.
She quickly got in her car and left.
When she got home, she immediately explain to her husband what she saw and heard.

She thought about her all night she couldn’t sleep.
She came up with an elaborate plan.
She plans to have a barbecue and invite him.
Where she would then spike his drink with sleeping pills.
Somehow retrieve his keys and get her out of there.
She waited a couple of weeks.
She did not want to seem obvious.
She was so worried she could not wait to help the young lady.
Finally, the day came this was her chance.
They have the barbecue she did not mention his wife at all.
She continued with her plan.
She serve him, drinks with prescription strength, sleeping pills.
She began to go, scared because he hadn’t gone to sleep yet.
So she gave him a little more.
Finally, he fell to sleep.
She sent her husband and so I get something for her as she rummage through his pockets.
She found his keys, quickly, slipped it in her pocket.
Where she later I’m going to get some milk from the supermarket really quick do you need something?
She had about $80 in cash she grabbed.
Along with food and jackets.
Quickly drove to the house open the door.
The poor girl and the kids were scared.
She didn’t wanna leave. She explained that her husband was sleeping in her home.
She said we have to hurry up.
The girl can understand some of the things she said is terrible at speaking English.
She quickly got her and the kids gave her the $80.
Dropped her off at the precinct and quickly went back home.
The young lady explained what happened.
However, all they would do is make a police report.
And told her she would have to return back home.
For her that wasn’t an option.
She grabs her kids and starts walking.
Didn’t know where she was going.
She just needed to get them out the cold.
That’s when she spotted the abandon building.
She was scared, but you she couldn’t be out all night with the kids.
So she decided that’s where they would sleep tonight.
She went in the dark abandon building.
Holding her daughter and her arms and her son tightly to her hip.
She began to pray, asking God to help her keep her children safe.
She sat on the corner in the floor.
Holding her children tightly.
They exhausted they fell right to sleep.
However, she did not.
She prayed all night long.
When the sun came up, she quickly got the children up.
Went and bought some food, diapers milk, and snacks.
She said outside, waiting for someone to speak a language or at least Spanish.
She wants to use their phone so she can contact her family.
Finally, someone let her make the call however, the number is no longer in service.
She felt helpless.
She began to pray. It starts to get dark, so she walked back to the building.
Back to the same corner from the previous night.
She gave the children, snacks and comfort them, so they fell asleep.
She was so exhausted she started to doze off.
Her son wakes up so she does too.
She notices this man was trying to lore him away.
She gets up quickly and snatches her son away from him.
He started to choke her.
She felt her life slipping away.
She started to pray again.
She didn’t understand what happened.
The room just got really bright.
She was still very dizzy.
She thought she was seeing things.
The man just dropped.
She grabbed her neck and looked at her kids.
She looked at the wall.
There was large bright hole.
An angel walked out and started to talk to her children.
She was not scared at all.
She felt at peace.
The angel turned it to her and said it’s time to go home.
With confusion in her eyes, she asked Home?
She explained to the angel that she wanted to join her family, back and Philippines.
The angel grabbed her hands.
And filled her with memories.
She then remembered what happened.
How her husband murdered her and her two children.
She asked the angel how long has it been?
It’s been a year and a half.
Everything came back she started to cry.
She couldn’t understand why was she and her children were there that long.
The angel simply said we were waiting for you.
To have the faith to get out.
She looked at the beautiful bright hole in the wall.
Grab her children she just felt an overwhelming Joy.
