Kindness Or Niceness?
There is a fundamental and a big difference between these two. If I have to define them in words.
Kindness is like spreading a part of you, the energy you carry spreading that to other. The energy can be being all flowery, cheerful etc.
Niceness is like showing a part of you, that part can be sympathy or doing things for you.
Here is the thing, Niceness can be faked but kindness can't be. People can be nice to you and say they care but in reality they don't. It's like wearing a mask. But there are people who are actually nice, but they spread kindness and we termed them as nice people rather than kind people.
Kindness is not something which comes out when seeing people in pinch. If a person is kind, that will be inherent nature. A fake person can be kind too. The situation which made the person fake is not to be judged, that person has his own share of everything and own way of dealing.
How to see if people are actually kind of nice?
Well have to go on with experience. The thing which worked for me most time is to feel the emotions with which one says. Kindness can never bring heavy emotion, it will always be light and postive in any form. If words are hollow and have no emotions or brings heavy emotion backing then it's mostly (I said mostly not everytime as sometime the other person is going through something and share it to engage into your problem. There are exceptions like these. Human nature is complex and full of exceptions just like chemistry 😂, it is the biggest mystery).
