Aaj Meri virus ki shaadi hai!
#WritcoStoryChallenge
The virus spread far and wide, eliminating everything that stood in ithers way. She was on a quest. She had to eradicate everything. That was the only condition. The only thing she would agree to, was total annihilation of the world, so to speak. That was the only way, a hard choice, not really for her as she was a virus, but for humanity, as by killing the humanity in batches, she could prove her strength. And in her, proving this strength, lay her life, and love. Viral's father, when she asked for his proverbial hand in marriage, had insisted that her virulence was not proven. And how could she take care of Viral, if she was not virulent enough ? How could they live ? One does not live on benign infections alone, he had stormed at her. Adding, "Do not come back till you have proved that you are worthy of asking my son's proverbial hand in marriage.". Insulted and embarrassed, she knew the only one way to win over her Viral's father, was to be as virulent, as potent as ever. And a pandemic was the best there was in times of viral infections. She dusted off her proverbial hands, patting her self on her non-existent back, and smiled with sheer evil, and anticipation. "This ought to show him ki jab kam 'corona' hai, to humse koi acha hai", as she danced her away to the white mare, who was waiting with her loud and gregarious baraat. Her mission was accomplished.
