I was reading about & thinking about the 'transgender-vesite-sexual' thing. I THINK it's absolute group delusion. If a 65 y/o former business man went to a Dr. and asked to cut his leg off bc he thinks he is a veteran amputee from war when he clearly isn't, the Dr. would not entertain that delusion and recommend mental help.
