Spirituality- The Real Religion

Spirituality is originated from the word 'spirit' which according to the Merriam-Webster means "The Main Entry." It is rightly said that "We all are born having spirituality within and are imposed by the outside Religion."
While in real, spirituality has nothing to do with religion. RELIGION and SPIRITUALITY are two different concepts which do not run parallely.
Spirituality is basically the idea of "travelling from the inside world to the outside." A person born doesn't have to learn spirituality from the world or from any other books. He is born with it. The only fact that we forget to recognize is that "No one can preach you Spirituality, You have it within yourself." Certainly, the outside world is suffused with a crowd of befuddled people who are entangled in a maze of various religious beliefs and stereotypes who themselves don't know the soi-disant "Right" and "Wrong" ways and still preach others several modus operandi of practising religion.
Due to the mayhem of the outside world, the spirituality inside the person is suppressed, but the one who rediscovers it finds himself. Spirituality is not taught at any school, neither you'll find it any religious practices. It is something which has to be felt from inside rather than searching it outside. In other words, spirituality guides you towards the light of optimism, hope and positivity. A spiritual person is free from every kind of bondage and lives his life in his own way.
Whereas, Religion lets one incarcerated in its own shackles and treats its follower as a prisoner. The freedom to be you is deprived in case of religion. The world is bristled with people who follow different religions like Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs, Janisim etc. Similarly, these religions have various holy books. But the sayings in these books are modified by certain Religious Gurus who themselves are unaware of the knowledge.

Everyone is Religious, but not everyone is Spiritual.
Spirituality focuses on the development of spirit whereas religion is centered only on imposing its own stereotypes. Spirituality establishes the connection between the devotee and the divine. It let's you make a clear and pure connect with God rather than making you dependent on a particular religion.
The pure thoughts which we encounter is because of our spiritual self whereas the dauntless thoughts is encouraged by the outside world. Therefore, it is said to meditate once in a day to let yourself connected with your soul.
Spiritual books like Ramayana, The Gita, The Quran and the Bible are full of tales, hymns describing the life of various messengers who did extremely good deeds to save the world from blasphemy. But spirituality doesn't seems to do with this also. The main objective of spirituality lies only on who you are, what you are, how pure is your soul. You can consider yourself spiritual when you have establish a connection with your own soul.
Spirituality is ready to accept changes that are necessary for the survival of human life whereas religion lets the person perplexed and confines the person in its own boundaries. Spirituality makes your perspectives broad, open, flexible and adaptable.

Spirituality teaches sacrifice whereas religion is centered on selfishness. One who is spiritual is free to help others always. He doesn't have to need any kind of parasitic support to help others. A spiritual person does sacrifices not because he has read in some holy book or his preacher has told him to do so but he will do because of his own instincts. And that's the only funda of Spirituality, i.e. whatever one does comes from within and not from any kind of outside suppressions. And the one who does deeds for mankind and brotherhood is bound to save the world from the deplorable.
Spirituality makes you aware what kind of thoughts you encounter. Like a gardener, who removes weeds from his garden and sows only fruitable seeds, similarly a person is said to feed his mind with pure, positive thoughts and eradicating the negative ones. A spiritual self carries poise and equanimity within and makes a person moves towards the path of sanctity.
Hence, a spiritual person:
Knows himself
Loves himself
Trust himself
And is free within and around myself
