"Leaders are not born, they are made"
'vince Lombardi'
Leaders conquers the world by actions, by doing the things which others could't, they do an extraordinary service for the large portion of humanity. They inspire themselves with certain belief and start working on it. They devide the objective into smaller sections and gradually move forward. We can see a very fine example that how The holly prophet Muhammad pbuh gradually imparted the teachings of Islam in 23 years after Nabuwat had been bestowed. He pbuh not only preached their message but implemented it practically throughout the comunity and later it spread throughout the world. Currently, it has become the second largest religion of the world.

Quaid e azam Muhammad Ali jinah the fiunder of pakistan worked on his objective to get a seperate muslim state and he kept prophecying that idea for long. He utilizes his potential and abilities to convince the britisher and the Indian leaders that there is no other solution then that of creating a seperate muslim state in the subcontinent and finally he succeded.
Nelson Mandela worked for equal rights of african negros and face the severe punishmets and mental torture in jail for 25 years.
Same Was done by martin luter king for the liberation of negros in Us.

How did they all and many others got inspired?
Obviously, They observed their lives and the lives of their fellow beings. They observe that a huge portion of community is being deprived from basic rights and are being humiliated. Then a flame of Freedom burnt in their hearts and it's beams spread throughtout the comunity.
Another thing which should be included here is that they were not looking for worldly lust and luxuries rather they worked sincerely for the well being of the entire humanity. They got much admiration from people and got the level of respect what others could't.
But on personal behalf, all the great leaders lived with many difficulities in their own lives. They faced severe opposition and murder attempts. Many incidents of such kind are recorded in the books of history which reveals this bare truth that a leader do not live a life of joys rather he suffers alot in his way. His satisfaction and dissatisfaction lies with in his own heart and mind. He think in a different perspective what others could not.
'A leader becomes a star in the eyes of society by sacrificing his own youth, power, knowledge and abilities'

'He make the world, how he dream it to be'

A leader must possess strong will power, high imaginations, determination, Sound knowledge, Understanding of human psychology, willingness to serve the humanity, a man of character, justice, equality, pragmatic thought, good control over his emotion etc.
'Those who lived for others will remain alive in the hearts of people for indefinite long period'
