The Untold
Chapter 1

For a traveler, there is no permanent residence. This was the main concern of Isabelle. Her beloved were never with her when she needed him the most and there were no hope of his return. But she decided to wait for his return as long as possible. For the past twelve years they didn't meet each other because of his travels. But never missed writing letter to her.

It's the noon of the Monday, Isabelle is waiting for her letter on the yard of her home. There were a lot of roses in the garden. She began to walk around the yard. It was a partly cloudy day. The roses in the garden were moving because of the wind. It seems that its about to rain. Isabelle was all in her thoughts about her beloved. She had waited awhile for the post master but nobody show up. She whispered to herself "there might be no letter today" and she walked inside the door.

In the hallway she noticed the belongings of her beloved and she started weeping. Her tears came down from her eyes and touched the hat she was holding. Twelve years ago, on a Christmas eve, her beloved gave his hat to her because she liked it. She noticed a piece of paper floating around the floor. It was the last letter she received from Max. It looks like that it just popped out from her diary. With tearful eyes she bent down and took the letter in her palm. She starts to read it.

Dear Isa,

I hope you are fine. This might be my last letter to you. Now, I am in New Jersey, a place of your dream. As you told me, it's really a nice place. But I am not happy here, because you are not with me. I got a new friend here, Josephine. After visiting some historical monuments and castles I will leave to Italy. It will be a long journey. I want to let you know one thing, that I will keep you always in my memory. I don't know it's possible to contact you or not after I reach there.

Take care.

Max

After reading the letter Isabelle feels so sad and wishes to meet Max. But she knows that it's not possible now. She is at a very long distance from where Max is. Her old memories started to flash on her thoughts. She liked him from their first meeting but she never had the courage to tell him about how she feels about him.

Max was a traveler who visited her hometown twelve years ago. He was a white and handsome man from North. Is that destiny or fate that routed their meeting, nobody knows.

She is young now and is stepping to the village library with her younger sister Roswita. She loved books and garden near the library. There was a beautiful garden near the yard of library. She used to sit there for hours and hours. One day when she was sitting there a voice asked her "hey why are you sitting here alone? It was their first meeting, but he presented to her as he knows her from years. Isabelle was quite surprised by seeing this unknown young man talking to her. She asked him "who are you? never seen you before here." he said "yeah...it's not possible to see me here before, because I am not from here". Isabelle looked at him suspiciously and there was a pause of silence in between them. Breaking the silence, he told her "I am a traveler...." As he told this, Roswita calls her from the gate of the library "Isa.... come, we should leave now, we'll get late". Isabelle leaves the garden and follows Roswita.

Max bids her saying ''let's meet again", murmured himself. Max stays some more time in the garden. He goes to the library and talks to the librarian Richard. He feels happy to meet Richard, he is a middle-aged kind and enthusiastic man. "Hey, young man where are you from?" with a smile Max told him "I am from North".

"Are you here for any visits?"

"Yes, I am"

"I am a traveler".

"That's great. You look good. Please tell me something more about your travels if you have time"

"Yeah sure..."

Richard asks him about his travels. He humbly replies to his questions. Breaking their conversation Max suddenly started asking about the girl he saw in the garden. Hardly he recollected her name "her name...Is. Isa... I heard somebody calling her Isa.'' Richard replied ''yes.... It's Isabelle''. Curious Max wants to know more about her. Richard asks him "what happened young man....do you like her?'' "I was just asking... nothing serious." Giving a childish smile to Richard, Max leaves the library. He moves to the streets. As he were walking, he thinks about Isabelle, he asks himself "why am I thinking about that girl" looking into the pastures he finds the bluebirds flying over there. He whispers to himself "now my heart is like these bluebird's flight". Staying a bit more viewing the scenario, he leaves to the house where he is staying. It was surrounded by these grand pastures. There were blueberries, and huge pine trees. He steps into the house. There was a bell hanged outside, he sounds it and the host, Maria comes out greeting him. "Welcome back dear... how was your walk", "good" he answered.

Maria is a middle-aged single woman lives alone in her home. She rents her home for tourists. Her home is beautiful with a small garden of roses and blueberries. In the backyard, is the music of a river. It seems like it's a heaven. Max is the only tourist now staying here. He wanted some fresh air and peace. His first travel was to Montana. He is not going to stay here, in Greenville for long. He is soon leaving to a farther place, where he can settle himself with new people, journeys, and ventures.
