We often hear others' perspectives and advice, but very few of us follow what our hearts say. Nowadays, we have added complexity to everything, whether it's work or our own feelings. Many of us like talking about love, We all have different theories and meanings of this word. But do we really know the meaning of this word 'LOVE'?


We are all in search of true love. We always fantasize about the kind of love we want, but we never apply it to ourselves. For example, I want a man who will be my biggest supporter, cheerleader, a great chef and a person who know every little detail about me. But what about me? Am I like that? Will I make myself like that for him? The answer is yes, I will. If I want something, if I have expectations, then that person will also have expectations. Try to inculcate all the expectations you have from him/her into yourself first.

Always remember, love is a two-way street. It's essential that both of you put in equal effort and cherish each other's sacrifices. We often look for so many qualities in our partner; in short, we want them to be perfect for us. We often forget that we are here to love the person, not just their qualities. Before expecting all those qualities, do we check whether we possess those qualities or not? If you seek care, be caring first. If you seek loyalty, be loyal first. Love is not just about finding the right person but also being the right person. While being a seeker of love, we forget how to be a 'giver of love'.
